Max Leinweber has worked in the hotel real estate industry since 2010, including roles in acquisitions, asset management, corporate strategy, capital markets, and investor relations. He has completed over $900 million of hotel acquisitions, $1.1 billion of hotel dispositions, and $3.8 billion of capital markets transactions. Max worked at LaSalle Hotel Properties for the first nine years of his career, through the $5.2 billion merger/sale of the company to Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, where he continued to work for the next three years.

Most recently, Max was Head of Finance & Strategy for Sagra, which is a hospitality company connecting guests with regenerative farms. Max continues to serve on Sagra’s Board of Directors.

Max received a B.S. in Hotel Administration with a minor in Real Estate from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
