Ben Okonow has over 5 years of hospitality experience including acquisitions and asset management. Prior to joining Badlands, Ben was an Asset Management Analyst at LaSalle Hotel Properties where he assisted in asset managing the company’s portfolio of assets in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Philadelphia, New York, and Santa Cruz. Ben then joined Pebblebrook Hotel Trust as an Investments Analyst where he worked on multiple transactions with a combined transaction value of over $800M.

Ben received a B.S. in Hotel Administration from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
