MANAGING PARTNER

Al Young has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality and real estate industries. He was most recently the Chief Operating Officer of LaSalle Hotel Properties, where he led and oversaw the asset management and acquisition functions for a $5 billion publicly traded hotel REIT. He has been involved in over $4.5 billion of hotel transactions over his career. He was also part of the senior team that led LaSalle’s $5.2 billion merger/sale of the company to PebblebrookHotel Trust in November 2018. Al received a B.S. in Hotel/Restaurant Management from Shepherd University and a M.B.A. from George Mason University.
